I want to reiterate the increased capital potential of upgrading to a high pressure machine.
A great deal of Rhino Linings® applicators have already taken the initiative to increase profit margin, maximize product consumption, and expand business by switching from the traditional low pressure system to the improved high pressure system. Below is a testimonial from an applicator that has taken his business to the next level by upgrading to high pressure equipment.
High Pressure System Testimonial
Ben,
The last nine years I have been spraying Rhino Linings with the low pressure system MK-15. Although it suited me very well for a number of years, I was stuck to spraying truck bed liners and some light commercial and industrial work. After doing about two months of research, I decided to purchase a Graco E-XP1 high pressure machine.

This equipment opened the shop up to being able to spray the many different materials.
My personal favorite of the high pressure bed lining material is the Rhino Linings Hybrid material. This is a cross between the super soft Tuff Grip material and the super hard hardline material. Customer feed back has been great!
Not just sticking to trucks anymore, I have opened up a mobile unit that I can now take the pump on-site to jobs that cannot be brought in-house. We have been spraying motorhome roofs with the Rhino Linings Eco-Coat. We have also sprayed lots of oil field work with both the Hybrid material, and the Rhino Linings Extreme because of its awesome resistance to chemicals. As with any job, you have to keep in mind your material is only as good as the prep work that is put into it.
The machine itself has helped my business to grow over 25% in just the six months I have owned it. Both in more work and more profitable work. Being able to track exactly how much material you are using on each and every job has made the profits for each job increase dramatically. I made a spot on every work order for each job for the amount of machine strokes for that job. This helps me to charge for material used on each individual job. Proper training for the employees on the ma-chine procedure and PROPER MAINTENANCE has made for worry free high quality jobs going out my door! I would highly recommend going high pressure to anyone who has not done so yet.
