DESCRIPTION
Filament winding, hand lay-up laminating, underwater cure (with appropriate Rhino Hardeners), Rhino 1409R-2 meets NSF61 standards, and can also be used in CIPP applications, structural repair of concrete used for water conveyance. Proprietary epoxy resin blend, 100% solids. Not regulated by the DOT.

Filament winding, press molding and other wet lay-up applications where a non-draining, black pigmented epoxy resin is required.

Use and store between 60° – 90°F (product and ambient temperatures). Prepare surfaces properly prior to application. Compatible with all Rhino Epoxy Hardeners. Mix resin and hardener for 3 – 5 minutes being certain to scrape mixing container bottom and sides. Mix no more material than can be applied before pot life expiration.
Rhino 1409-R2 cures overnight at typical ambient temperatures (60°- 90°F), and when submerged (when used with appropriate Rhino Hardeners). See hardener technical data sheets for specific cure schedules and properties.
