DESCRIPTION

ThermalGuard OC.4ex is a fast set, open cell, Class 1 fire-rated spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation system, designed to reduce energy consumption in residential and commercial structures up to 40% by insulating and air sealing the thermal envelope in a single step.  This foam exhibits superior thermal insulation, air-barrier and sound attenuation properties compared to conventional insulation materials. The lower density and higher yield work to provide more board footage per set.

ThermalGuard OC500 is a high-yield, open cell, Class 1 fire-rated, 100% water-blown spray polyurethane foam insulation designed for use in residential and commercial walls, attics and roof decks. When applied, ThermalGuard OC500 expands to over 100 times in size in approximately 4 seconds, filling and sealing building cavities of any shape and size. It is sprayer-friendly, offering a wide application window and temperature tolerance and excellent adhesion when installed in cold temperatures down to 15°F.
