DESCRIPTION
Rigid epoxy resin, based on Bis-A. Lowest odor of any epoxy resin type. Ultra low viscosity to fill hairline cracks and voids. When used with Rhino 3163 ultra low viscosity hardener, performs high strength rebonding of concrete cracks. Good Choice for RTM laminates. Moisture insensitive, 100% solids system for use with all commercial 2:1 injection and grouting machinery.

Use Rhino 1318 epoxy at the recommended temperature range of 50° – 100° F. Use of Rhino 1318 below 45°F is NOT recommended. All standing water must be removed. Surfaces must be free of contaminants such as dirt, oil or grease. Proportion Rhino resin and hardener in accordance with instructions on hardener label. Recommended hardener is Rhino 3131. Consult manufacturer for use with other hardeners. Mix resin and hardener thoroughly for 3 – 5 minutes being certain to scrape bottom and sides of mixing container. Mix no more material than may be applied in 10 – 15 minutes or before the expiration of pot life of the system, whichever is shorter.
Keep application at the recommended use temperature for a minimum of 24 hours. Full properties are developed in 7 days at ambient temperatures. See hardener data for specific cure schedules and properties.
