Rhino Linings Corporation offers 1:1 and proprietary 2:1 plural component spray equipment. Our proportioning units can spray a variety of applications from insulation to small containment chemical protection.
1316 – White Epoxy Tooling Resin
White, medium viscosity, rigid epoxy resin with excellent physical properties. Mildly thixotropic resin viscosity wets reinforcements quickly and holds heavy tooling fabrics in place during cure. 100% solids, highly resistant to crystallization, zero VOCs and DOT non-regulated.
1318 – Epoxy Resin
Rigid epoxy resin, based on Bis-A. Lowest odor of any epoxy resin type. Ultra low viscosity to fill hairline cracks and voids. When used with Rhino 3163 ultra low viscosity hardener, performs high strength rebonding of concrete cracks. Good Choice for RTM laminates. Moisture insensitive, 100% solids system for use with all commercial 2:1 injection and grouting machinery.
1319 – Grizzly Epoxy Resin
Medium viscosity, toughened epoxy resin modified for added adhesion properties and improved flexibility. Quickly wets reinforcement materials. 100% solids, highly resistant to crystallization in cold environments. Light amber is standard color, available in Black and White by special order with minimum quantities required. No VOCs and DOT non-regulated.

1337 – High Temp Tooling Resin
Modified Bis-F Novolac epoxy laminating resin designed for high temperature industrial tooling applications. Mildly thixotropic material will not drain when used with heavy tooling fabrics. Excellent physical properties after post curing. Highly resistant to crystallization in cold environments. Rhino 1337 is solvent-free, 100% solids, and DOT non-regulated.
1346 – White, Thixotropic Gel Resin
White, highly thixotropic rigid epoxy resin with excellent physical properties. Very high resin viscosity for high build applications or repairs. Holds heavy tooling fabrics in place during cure. 100% solids, highly resistant to crystallization, Zero VOCs and DOT non-regulated.
1355 – Low Viscosity Bis-F Resin
Low viscosity, undiluted Bis-F phenol novolac resin with high functionality. Increased flexibility and chemical resistance as compared to standard Bis-A resins. Higher functionality (2.15) than competitive resins of similar viscosity. Exceptionally low hydrolyzable chloride content makes this resin a good material for electronics applications such as potting and encapsulation. No solvents, 100% solids, low odor and toxicity, DOT non-regulated.

1391-R1-TR – Toughened Epoxy Resin
Thixotropic, medium viscosity, toughened, undiluted, epoxy resin with excellent physical properties. Fast wetting of reinforcement materials. Use 1391R-1TR where resistance to cracking and increased impact resistance is desirable. Rhino 1391R1T is available in many standard industrial colors (Black, Blue, Red, Gray and Beige). 100% solids, highly resistant to crystallization in cold environments. No VOCs and DOT nonregulated.
1392-R-18 – Coupled Epoxy Resin for Pultrusion
Low viscosity, toughened, extended pot life epoxy resin with excellent physical properties, an internal mold release and proprietary air release system, and Rhino’s “-18” couplers to enhance fast wetting of Carbon, Aramid and E-Glass reinforcement materials. Rhino 1392-R-18 has superior bonding to steel reinforcements, particularly “Hardwire”. The proprietary coupling technology of 1392-R-18 contributes significant long term resistance to fatigue and other dramatically enhances critical physical properties of cured laminates such as increased compression, peel strength, and shear strength. 100% solids, no VOCs and DOT/IATA non-regulated.
1392-R-18 – Coupled Epoxy Resin for Pultrusion

Filament winding, hand lay-up laminating, underwater cure (with appropriate Rhino Hardeners), Rhino 1409R-2 meets NSF61 standards, and can also be used in CIPP applications, structural repair of concrete used for water conveyance. Proprietary epoxy resin blend, 100% solids. Not regulated by the DOT.
