What is a spray-on bedliner?

Spray-on bedliners are multi-component products that protect your vehicle bed from damage across weather, accidental dings, scratches, and more that can impact the vehicle’s appearance and performance. American-made and engineered to withstand Mother Nature’s toughest blows, a true Rhino Linings application is professionally installed and designed to last a lifetime.

Rhino Linings’ spray-on bedliners have a textured finish and have multiple product formulas and colors to choose from so you can pick the best option for you.

Outside vehicle bedliners, our spray-on bedliner formula can be applied beyond your truck bed. Our formula can be applied to vehicle grille guards, bumpers, rocker panels, interior floors, fender flares, hardtops, the bottom of your vehicle, and much more! You can even spray an entire vehicle, from bumper to bumper in our formula. The spray-on bedliner solutions have also been used across ATVs and utility vehicles, boats, trailers and RVs, fleet vehicles, emergency vehicles, construction equipment, military vehicles, and much more.

No matter what you want to protect across your vehicles, Rhino Linings spray-on bedliner formulas will protect it.

How do I choose the best bedliner solution for me?

The best spray-on bedliner solution is all based on your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to protect your vehicle from the sun, weather, abrasions, or impacts, taking into account the wear and tear your vehicle will experience is key to choosing the best spray-on bedliner for you.

Our seasoned team of Applicators are with our customers every step of the way to best recommend the spray-on bedliner formula for your vehicle.

Is Rhino Linings' protective coating environmentally friendly?

Yes. Rhino Linings truck bedliner products have no VOCs (no possible health hazards) or CFCs (which can damage the ozone layer).

How does the spray-on bedliner process work?

Once you find the nearest Applicator to you and pick which product in our Rhino Defender berliner series, you will drop your vehicle off and let the Applicators work their magic.

To begin, Applicators deep clean all parts of the vehicle that will have the spray-on bedliner formula applied. Applicators then apply protective coverings over all areas of the vehicle that are not being sprayed to ensure your vehicle is fully protected during the installation process.

Applicators then prep all areas of the vehicle that will be receiving the spray-on bedliner with a multi-speed polisher to create uniform scuffing of the paint to ensure the spray-on formula will adhere successfully. Compressed air is then used to remove all dust and the vehicle areas are then deep cleaned once more. The vehicle is now ready to receive the spray-on bedliner formula! Once the initial layers of the spray-on bedliner are applied, short blasts of the formula are used to create the signature texture.

Rhino Linings spray-on bedliners dry to the touch in seconds; however, we recommend customers wait 24 hours before heavy-duty for bedliners to fully cure.

How long does the full spray-on bedliner process take?

A professionally installed Rhino Linings spray-on truck bedliner application typically takes about 3 hours. Check with your local retail applicator, but you can normally drop it off in the morning and pick up later that same afternoon.

How much does a spray-on bedliner cost?

Each Rhino Linings retail location is independently owned and operated, and each retail applicator is free to set prices at fair market value. We recommend that you contact an applicator near you and get a quote for your specific application. The price can vary depending on the size and length of the truck bed, or the type of application.

Where can I get my vehicle sprayed? Can I install the spray-on bedliner myself?

All of our spray-on bedliner formulas are installed by our licensed and trained Applicator professionals. Due to the multi-step installation process, you cannot install your spray-on bedliner yourself.

Rhino Linings has over 2,000 licensed Applicators worldwide to meet all of your needs! You can find the nearest Applicator to you here.
