ThermalGuard OC500

100% WATER-BLOWN SPRAY POLYURETHANE FOAM (SPF)

ThermalGuard OC500 is a Class 1 fire-rated, high-yielding, and 100% water-blown SPF insulation system was carefully formulated to reduce energy costs by 40% with its air-sealing and insulating properties all in one step.

Available for both residential and commercial structures, this insulation system is available for use on walls, roof decks, and attics. Its sprayer-friendly properties offer excellent installation even in colder temperatures of as low as 15°F and it expands up to 100 times in size in just 4 seconds.

ThermalGuard OC1

WATER-BLOWN SPRAY POLYURETHANE FOAM (SPF)

ThermalGuard OC1 is a fast set, open-cell, 100% water-blown spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation system designed to reduce energy consumption in residential and commercial structures by up to 50% by insulating and air sealing the thermal envelope in a single step.

ThermalGuard OC1 is applied as a liquid and then expands to fill and seal building cavities of any shape or size. It exhibits superior thermal insulation, air-barrier, and sound attenuation properties
compared to conventional insulation materials. Once fully cured ThermalGuard OC1 is semi-flexible which will allow for some movement of the substrate or building over time while
maintaining proper insulation and air sealing of the building envelope.

ThermalGuard CC2 ECO

HYDROFLUORO-OLEFIN (HFO) SPRAY POLYURETHANE FOAM (SPF)

ThermalGuard CC2 ECO is a fast set, closed cell, spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation that utilizes an HFO (hydrofluorolefin) blowing agent. This blowing agent features a GWP of less than 1 and is an ideal, non-hydrofluorocarbon blowing agent, and has no ozone depleting substances.
