Rhino Linings Corporation Promotional Giveaways Terms and Conditions

Giveaway promotions must be valid and confirmed by Rhino Linings Corporation. Rhino Linings Corporation and its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies, their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, owners, and their advertising and promotion agencies, hereinafter: “Rhino Linings Corporation”, reserves the right to disqualify any promotional giveaway participant’s claim which is deemed, in Rhino Linings Corporation’s sole discretion, to be fraudulent. Any participant in violation of these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the promotional giveaway at the sole discretion of Rhino Linings Corporation.

This promotional giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Rhino Linings Corporation (a) makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning the giveaway, (b) disclaims any implied warranty; and (c) is not in any way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from acceptance and use of any giveaway. All promotional giveaway participants assume liability for injuries or damages of any kind caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the promotion, or by the acceptance, possession, or use of any giveaway. By participating, all participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Rhino Linings Corporation from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in this promotion.

Rhino Linings Corporation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the giveaway promotion if it becomes corrupted in any manner such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR TAMPER WITH THE GIVEAWAY PROMOTION SYSTEM, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RHINO LININGS CORPORATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. 

This giveaway promotion shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
